Right now i just want a blog that registered members can can download pdfs, and do a survey. I have a book that I want to be the feature download with an image of it on the main page. The other pdfs can be in an articles list. Once the English version is done, I want to mirror it with a Japanese one. I have found a plug-in called qTranslate that will do the job. As for payment, I notice that you have paypal, so do i. I also have friends from the Philippines here and might be able to pay you via their bank. I think the job is a fairly simple one as it is a new blog with very little content and separate from my web site. I need to have it up by the end of Feb. Can you help?
